Before reinstalling an app, changing phones, or deleting an app, export a backup from Backup and restore. Support cannot recover data deleted from your device without a backup.

What to include

  • Which app you're using (e.g. NabixSoft Invoice).
  • Your business name.
  • Your device model and iOS or Android version.
  • A short description of what happened.
  • A screenshot, if it helps explain the issue.
