Use of our apps

NabixSoft Invoice is provided as a business document tool for creating invoices, estimates, customer records, expenses, PDFs, and backups.

Your responsibility

You are responsible for reviewing invoice, estimate, tax, payment, customer, and business information before sharing documents. You are responsible for using tax rates, terms, and legal wording that apply to your business and location.

Backups

Our apps store data locally on your device. You are responsible for exporting backups regularly, especially before deleting an app, changing devices, or reinstalling.

Payments

An app may let you add payment notes, e-transfer details, payment links, or QR codes to documents. NabixSoft apps do not process payments directly.

App marketplace purchases

If an app is sold or distributed through an app marketplace such as the App Store, access to it is handled by that marketplace and its purchase terms. Marketplace refund, billing, and account rules may apply.
